	This is what happens when cracks in the chimney cap are not repaired in a timely manner. These small cracks can lead to the chimney needing to be completely rebuilt.
	Recently rehabbed condo building, electric service in the building has been updated, the utility company needs to complete the work.
	These pieces of mortar on this balcony are from a failing parapet wall. This building was converted in the past 5 years. Unit owners in older conversion buildings need to pay attention to what work was done during the conversion. Repairing this will probably result in a special assessment being levied.
